Heather is Certified Massage Therapist and graduated from Fremont College with a Sports Massage & Rehabilitation degree. She is first and foremost a healer. Heather uses a combination of energetic healing, cranial/sacral and an intuitive combination of Deep Tissue (myofascial release), Swedish massage, trigger point, acupressure, pre and postnatal, aroma therapy, hydrotherapy, muscle energy technique (MET), lymphatic drainage, and sports massage techniques. Heather has an extensive background working with athletes and focuses on injury prevention and pre/post operation recovery.
Heather believes that the most important thing she can offer as therapist, beyond any technique, is a mindful and compassionate presence, which can facilitate the innate healing ability within her clients.
