Class Schedule

Chair practice
Thursday 11:00 - 12:30 pm

The first part of class will focus on breathing and meditation techniques followed by a demonstration of chair yoga. Click here to learn more about chair yoga practice.


Floor practice
Saturdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm 

Breath and movement are interwoven to bring about the alchemical transformation for which yoga is famous. This culminates in a meditation-savasana-relaxation for a well-balanced practice. Click here to learn more about floor yoga practice.

 

28 Days to Wellness (Coming 2021)
Monday (9:00 am) and Thursday (4:30 pm)
Dr. Arnette is taking his cleanse course online!
