Underground parking, which we do validate, is available in the building and is accessible from Clark Ave via Anaheim St (our building, Park Tower, is situated within a triangle of three streets; Pacific Coast Hwy, Anaheim St and Clark Ave). Once you have turned into the driveway from Clark Ave, follow the sign to "Visitor Parking" and an attendant will show you where to park and give you a ticket to be validated. If you drive a larger-sized vehicle, please be aware that the entrance to the parking area is just 6'5" high, however, there is also street parking available on Pacific Coast Hwy and surrounding side streets.
How to park at Park Tower
This is a view of our building, Park Tower, from the corner of Anaheim St. and Clark Ave.
1. The entrance to the underground parking is on Clark Ave via Anaheim St. Turn into the driveway and go down the ramp.
2. Once inside, turn right and follow the sign to “Visitor Parking”.
3. An attendant will show you where to park and give you a ticket to be validated. Take the elevator to the 4th floor.
4. Once out of the elevator, turn left and follow the hallway to Suite 460.
